  • Yes, we do! To ensure that each child at the event has ample time to dive into creative activities and bond with our creative event nannies, we have a minimum 1-hour booking policy for event childcare.

  • We recommend booking at least 5 working days in advance to secure your event childcare services, but if you’re planning a big event, the earlier the better!

  • Life happens, we get it! If you cancel more than 48 hours before the event, we offer rescheduling or refunding options. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, a fee will be charged.

  • Don't fret! We have over 600 creative professionals on our books and if you can't find your ideal event nanny, give us a shout. We're always recruiting new talent and may have someone who fits your event childcare needs to a T.
